Introduction to Label Casting

Step 1. Every Pen has a brass tube inside of it. The tube holds the nib and the cap of the pen. The tube can be contained within wood, acrylic, antler, resin - almost anything. This allows us to create some very interesting pens. Label casting is taking an image, printing it as a label to the correct size and wrapping the tube with the label (image). Then cast the tube in resin, turn, poilish and assemble into a pen.
